Pearl Amos (nee Finocchi) age 96 of Folsom, NJ passed away peacefully with her son Rick by her side. Pearl was born and raised in Woodbury, NJ and she graduated from Woodbury High School in 1947. She also attended Pierce Business School in Camden, NJ.
Over the years, Pearl worked side by side with her late husband Gus serving as president of Rail Repairs and Rentals, Inc as well as other family-owned businesses.
Her life with Gus, her one true love, was a busy one. Their greatest joy was supporting their sons in their athletic endeavors. Despite his passing, Pearl continued to attend her grandchildren and great-grandchildren's sporting events. With her iPad in hand, and a mind as sharp-as-a-tack, Pearl made many Facebook friends. As an active member and volunteer of the Hammonton Canoe Club, she loved to play games and attend functions with her friends.
Pearl is predeceased by her husband Gus, parents Ricardo and Aminta Finocchi, her brother Dante Finocchi and sister Angelina Maselko.
She is survived by her three sons, Gus Jr. and his wife Linda, Rick and his wife Lori and Dale and his wife Erin. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Rick Jr. (Shaina), Nick (Victoria), Dylan (Meghan), Jessica and Drew and great Grandchildren, Rocco, Brady, Mack, Benson, Clara, Mae and Olivia. Her kind and loving nature touched many lives including her nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday June 27, 2026 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery 240 N. Tuckahoe Rd. Williamstown, NJ.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Pearl's memory can be made to Hammonton Canoe Club 100 Sports Drive Hammonton, NJ 08037.
