Kathleen Crescenzo (nee Parisi) age 91 of Hammonton, NJ passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at home with her loving family by her side.

Kathleen was a lifelong Hammonton resident. She was a graduate of Hammonton high school class of 1952. She attended Georgian Court college in Lakewood, New Jersey. She was devoted to her faith as a parishioner of St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish. Many people would see her walking down Bellevue Avenue every morning to attend 7am mass, rain or shine. Kathleen was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. While her husband Donald was in dental school at Georgetown University in Washington DC she worked in the Pentagon as a secretary to a naval admiral. When she returned to Hammonton, she worked as a legal secretary for Sam Curcio Sr. until she started her lifelong journey of raising her family. From that point on her sole purpose and passion was her family. She loved caring for her home on Bellevue Avenue and cooking. One of the things she enjoyed most was cooking for the entire family on Sundays.

She is predeceased by her parents Peter and Mae (nee Siracusa) Parisi, her husband of 70 years Dr. Donald P. Crescenzo, her son Peter Crescenzo and her sister Marie Crescenzo and her brother in law William Crescenzo.

Kathleen is survived by her sons Donald M.D. (Maura) of Sylvania, OH, Michael (Marie), Steven (Jennifer) and David, D.D.S. all of Hammonton. She is the loving grandmother of Michael (Angela), Matthew (Morgan), Christopher (Stephanie), David Jr., Nicholas (Nicole), Alexandra, Kaitlyn (fiancé Matthew Garrow ) Colby, Caroline, Sarah and Kelley Crescenzo and great grandmother to Tyler, Mia, Lucia, Gianna, Julian, and Mazie Crescenzo.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church, corner of French and Third Sts. Hammonton, NJ. Entombment will be held privately.
