June A, Sortino ( nee Bates ) age 54 of Hammonton, passed away Dec. 10, 2008 at Kessler Memorial Hospital. Born in Camden, she was a Hammonton resident all her life. She was a 1972 graduate of St. Joseph High School. She was employed by Verizon as a service clerk. June is predeceased by her parents Warren and Bernice (Christopher). Surviving are her brother Duke (Diane) Bates of Hammonton, her sisters Janice Bates(Bernie) of Weston, Fla. and Jeanne (Bob) Gazzara of Hammonton and her nephews Warren and Tony Bates, Matthew and Robert Gazzara and Jared Slotoroff. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday 8:30 am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10:00am at St. Anthony Church Rt# 206 Hammonton. Burial in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery Hammonton.
