Josephine Pinto of Hammonton, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family. Josephine was born in Hammonton and graduated from Hammonton High School. Josephine worked for RCA for over 40 years as an executive secretary. .She was an excellent artist, an avid reader and loved to travel though Europe. She was a member of Altar Rosary Society of St. Joseph Church and Hammonton Historical Society.
Josephine is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Elizabeth Pinto and her sisters Anna Sooy, Marie Colarsudo and Elizabeth Poster. Surviving are her caregivers niece Betty Ann Mitidieri and her husband Chick and nephew Warren Sooy and his wife Carol. Also nephew Kenny Porter and many loving great nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 10:00am at St. Mary of Mt Carmel Parish- St. Anthony Church Rt#206 Hammonton. Burial is private.
Donations may be made to Samaritan Hospice 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053. Arrangements entrusted to Marinella Funeral Home, Hammonton.
