Jean 'Giovanna' Jones

Jean "Giovanna" E. Jones (nee Maimone) age 92 of Hammonton, NJ passed away peacefully Friday January 7, 202 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Jean was born and raised in Hammonton and graduated from Hammonton High School in 1949 where she played field hockey. She went on to work for Atlantic County in the Clerk's Office where she retired in 1993. Jean was a member of the Hammonton Senior Citizens, VFW, and Rosary Society.
She is predeceased by her husband Walter, her son Anthony, parents Frank and Fannie Maimone and her brother Charles Maimone. Jean is survived by her son Richard and his wife Barbara of Hammonton, NJ and daughter Jean Mazzeo and her husband John of Tennessee. Loving grandmother of Frank, Brandon, Jessica, John, Anthony, Alison, and Joseph. Loving great grandmother of Michael, Giovanna, Kaylee, and Jaxon.
Private services were held at the Marinella Funeral Home. Burial was held in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ.
