Helen M. "Bonnie" Pastore age 81 of Winslow Twp, NJ, passed away Sunday March 22, 2026 at her home.
Bonnie was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She was a graduate of John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School in Center City, Philadelphia. She met her husband Neil while working as a secretary at RCA in Camden, NJ. After marrying in 1974, Bonnie and Neil left RCA and moved to Elm NJ to operate Pastore Orchards Inc. Bonnie's earliest days on the farm were spent staffing and managing the peach packing house, later transitioning into what she will be most remembered for, operating the family farm's roadside market. Bonnie worked up until she no longer could, doing what she loved, while touching so many, especially the generations of kids who worked for her during those years.
She is predeceased by her parents Edward and Helen Delaney and her husband Neil Pastore Jr. Bonnie is survived by her children Neil Pastore III (Dawn), and Jennifer Paretti (David) and her sister Ann Kearns. Loving Grandmother of Emily, Lukas, Michelina, Neil IV, Samuel, and Charlotte.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 6:00-8:00 pm and again on Friday March 27, 2026 from 9:30am - 10:30am both at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026 at 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish St. Anthony Church Rt 206 Hammonton, NJ. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery Hammonton, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bonnie's name to The AWA www.awanj.org/donate or Homeward Bound 125 County House Road, Blackwood, NJ 08012.
