Gina M. Mertis (nee Ricciutti) age 56 of Hammonton, NJ passed away suddenly Saturday September 5, 2026 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ.

Gina was born in Phila. PA, graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1988 and received her Bachelor's Degree from Rowan University. She worked for ARH Associates in Hammonton, NJ as an Office Manager for many years. Gina was a giving person who truly cared about everyone.

She is predeceased by her parents, Louis and Lucille Comuso Ricciutti and her brother Stephen Rooney.

Gina leaves behind her husband Emmanuel "Manny" Mertis, her two sons Manny and Stephen Mertis, her two sisters Cindy Naduchin and Marilyn Garvey, her sister in law Nancy Rooney as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and all her friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Viewing on Friday September 11, 2026 from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037. No Saturday Viewing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday September 12, 2026 at 10:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish St. Anthony Church 285 Rt. 206 Hammonton, NJ. Burial will follow at Sepulchre Cemetery 248 S. First Road Hammonton, NJ.
