Edith Lillian Chappine (nee Lanza) age 95 of Hammonton, NJ passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side.
Lillian was born in Mullica Twp. and lived in Hammonton most of her life and graduated from Hammonton High School.
Working along with her late husband Anthony she was the Office Manager of Chappine Farms. Together they enjoyed the time on their boat "Endless Love". Lillian loved sports, especially the Philadelphia Phillies and Villanova Basketball.
She was the happiest when she was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband Anthony J. Chappine, grandson Michael Anthony Mercurio, parents Vincent and Emelia Rinaldi Lanza, her two brothers Richard A. Lanza, Vincent Lanza and one sister Angela Sparacino.
She is survived by her loving daughters Nancy Berenato and her husband Joseph and Toni Mercurio and her husband Michael.
She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Joey and A.J. Berenato and Ryan Mercurio and great grandchildren Charlene, Joseph and Anthony Berenato
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday December 1, 2025, from 9:00am - 10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home. 102 N. Third Street Hammonton, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church Third and French Streets. Entombment will follow at Greenmount Cemetery, 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ 08037.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lillian's name to the Hammonton Volunteer Fire Company 100 Central Ave. Hammonton, NJ 08037.
