Angelina "Angie" Parise (nee Paolino) age 107 of Hammonton, NJ peacefully passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025 at home with her loving family by her side.
Angelina was born in Ancora, NJ and was a life-long Hammonton resident. She was a member of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America and retired from Hammonton Park Clothes.
She is predeceased by her husband Anthony Parise, her brothers, Anthony, William, Daniel and Dominick Paolino, her sister Mary L. Paolino, and her parents Salvatore and Chiarina (nee Basile) Paolino.
Angelina was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She trusted and loved the Lord Jesus and instructed her children at a young age to trust in His goodness and power. She is survived by her sons Nicholas A. Parise (Terri) and Anthony Parise (Kim), and her daughter Margie Parise Lovett (Jim). She is the loving grandmother of MaryBeth Linser (Doug), Karen Harper (Tim), Margie Ryan (Dan), Nicole Cooper (Josh), Victoria Hummel (Scott), Alyssa Parise, Sophia Parise, and Isabella Parise, great grandmother of 15 great-great grandmother of 5 and many nieces and nephews in New Jersey, her husband's home state of Rhode Island, and in West Virginia and California.
Angie loved her family, all people, and her pet dogs, Teddy and Rosie. Visitors were always welcome in her home. A visit with a friend or neighbor was a joy for her. She cooked a traditional Italian dinner every Sunday for her big family well into her 90's. At 100, she danced into her surprise birthday party. Angie loved everyone and everyone who knew her, loved her.
Family and friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 6:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday, September 10 from 9:30-10:30 am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish-St. Joseph Church, corner of Third and French St. Hammonton, NJ 08037. Entombment will follow in Greenmount Cemetery 124 S First Rd. Hammonton, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in remembrance of Angelina to a charity of one's choice.
