Walter Sadowski

SADOWSKI,
Walter, age 87 of Egg Harbor City, NJ passed away on Oct. 6, 2014 peacefully at his home with his loving wife by his side. Born in Phila.PA, he lived in Egg Harbor City since 1983.He retired as a Diesel Mechanic from Edgecomb Steel in Anadalaius, PA
He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII on board the LSM 473 and was a member of the Galloway V.F.W.
Walter was instrumental in erecting the monument in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hammonton for all unborn babies. Surviving is his wife Louise Arena Sadowski. His children, Michele McCormick (Robert), Mark Sadowski (Patricia),
Nadine, Sadowski, David Sadowski (Ginny), Russell Galson (Evelyn), Sandy McGuire
Larry Horsefield (Sheila), Mary Smith (Wayne), Susan Stelitano (Richard), Randy Loose (Stephen), and Jaqueline Gillick. Loving grandfather of 25 and Great Grandfather of 36. Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday 7:00pm - 9:00pm and Friday 10:00am - 11:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday 12:00pm at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Anthony of Padua Church 285 Rt. 206 Hammonton, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ. Donations may be made to St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Anthony of Padua Church.
