Salvatore M. Spitalieri

Salvatore M. Spitalieri, Sr. of Blue Anchor, formerly of Atco, passed away on March 14, 2012. Born in Camden, Sal lived in Blue Anchor for the past 27 years and worked as a Credit Analyst for Sallie Mae for the last 13 years. He loved the beach and was an avid Phillies, Eagles, and Flyers fan. Sal is predeceased by his mother Letitia Spitalieri. Sal was the beloved husband of Debra (nee Gallo), devoted father of Salvatore, Jr. and Stephanie, and loving son of John Spitalieri of Atco . Dear brother of John Spitalieri and his wife Donna of Fayetteville, NC and Regina Spitalieri of Laurel Springs. Sal is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Joseph and Minnie Gallo, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Joseph and Cindy Gallo. Loving uncle of Helen and Emily Meriowsky, Victoria and Alexandra Gallo and Maximus Spitalieri. He will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Sunday 6:00pm - 9:00pm and Monday 9:00am - 10:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday 11:00am at Christ the Redeemer Parish St. Anthony Church, 436 Pennington Ave. Waterford. Burial will be in Berlin Cemetery, White Horse Pike, Berlin.
