Mary J. Amendolia

Mary J. Amendolia (Di Lullo) age 99 of Waterford Works, New Jersey died on December 14, 2015. She was born on June 24,1916 in Vestaburg, Pa. to the late Carmine and Ersilia Di Lullo. Mary was a long time member of St. Anthony's Church, Waterford where she was active in the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society. She was also active in the Atco Senior Citizens. During her long life she enjoyed the farm where she was raised and where she raised her family. Mary worked at Ideal Fashions for several years, Edgewood Regional High School and then retired from the U.S. Post Office. She had many friends and touched many lives. She loved to crochet and share her cooking skills. Mary relocated to Voorhees at Brookdale Evesham in 2013 where she met many new friends and enjoyed visiting with many relatives and old friends. Mary was also very active at Brookdale where she enjoyed participating in many activities. Mary is fondly remembered by all who knew her. Her husband, Peter, preceded her. She is survived by her daughters, Ursula (Richard) Vermillion of Dublin, Oh., Patricia Gotta (Wayne) of Maple Shade , Theresa of Columbus, Ga. And her grandson, Peter Gotta of Maple Shade, as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday 9:30am - 10:45am at Christ the Redeemer Parish - St. Anthony Church 436 Pennington Ave. Waterford, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery 300 West White Horse Pike Berlin, NJ. Arrangements entrusted to the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ.
