Marie Scoglio

d. December 17, 2016

SCOGLIO,
Marie age 72 of Hammonton, NJ passed away peacefully Saturday December 17, 2016 at her home. Born and raised in Hammonton, NJ, she graduated from Hammonton High School in 1962. A warm welcome and beautiful smile is the way Marie greeted you as you entered Walmart where she was employed as the Customer Service Manager. She lived every day with strong faith, stamina and full of love thinking always of others instead of herself. Her incredible optimism and unselfishness was a true inspiration to anyone who knew her. When she spoke about her family a shining light emitted over Marie many times greater than her tiny frame. Marie would be seen every day going for long walks with her "kids" Prince and Coco while Kit-kat was at home. Prior to them, she had her Pomeranians Cody and Sabrina who had a blessed life as well. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Grace, brother Anthony Scoglio and sister Ann Lemons. Surviving is her nephews, William Lemons, Joseph Lemons, Bob Lemons, Tony Scoglio and nieces, Michelle Amron and Cheryl Scoglio. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday from 9:30am - 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Donations can be made in her memory to The American Cancer Society and/or The Humane Society
