Margaret P. Montalto

Margaret Pearl (George) Montalto (January 14, 1934-August 27, 2011) passed away peacefully at her home in Atco, New Jersey. Born in the Catawissa Mts of PA & raised in South Philadelphia where she worked as a waitress for over 30 years, and as a cook for the Waterford Twp. BOE until her retirement.
Margaret was married to the late Nicholas Montalto.
Margaret (affectionately known as "Gram" and "Aunt Margie") is survived by daughter, Barbara Krasovetz (Montalto) of Atco, NJ and granddaughter, Jamie Zane. She is also survived by Kris Krasovetz her son-in-law, Justin Krasovetz, step-grandson, brother in-law and sister in-law and many nieces and nephews.
She will be remembered most for her strong will, her humor, and the unconditional love she gave.
There will be a visitation held in her honor at Marinella Funeral Home 102 N Third St. Hammonton, Tuesday, September 6th from 6 p.m. through 8 p.m. with a service immediately following.
