Louis Berenato

Louis Berenato, Sr. age 75 of Hammonton, passed away Friday Sept. 27, 2013 at AtlantiCare Hospital in Pomona. Louis was born in Hammonton and attended St. Joseph's school. He served in the US Army and spent 3 years in Germany. He was an usher for St. Joseph Church. Lou was a car enthusiast along with his son Louis, Jr.
and he was a member of the Crusin Classic Car Club and the American Legion Post #186 of Hammonton. He also enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his wife Mary M. (nee Herman) and his 3 children Louis Berenato Jr., Mary Kathleen Berenato and Christina J. Berenato all of Hammonton. Brother of Domenic J. Berenato (Louise) of Palm Harbor Fla. and Kathleen Morgan ( Len ) of Glassboro, NJ. 1Brother in Law John Herman ( Lois ) Minitola, NJ. His nephew Ron Berenato ( Cherie ), Nieces, Lisa Kennamer ( Barry ), Kim Gilmore ( Brad ), Terri Gwinn ( Angelo ), Grand Nephew Nick and Andrew Long, Joseph, Andy and Jesse Kennamer, Devin Gwinn and Grand Niece Sierra Gwinn. Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Weds. eve. 7:00pm - 9:00pm and Thurs. 9:30am - 10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thurs.11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd.
