Lawrence Doug Degolia

Lawrence "Doug" DeGolia age 70 of Blue Anchor, NJ passed Sunday March 10, 2013 at his home. Born in Bristol, CN he lived in Blue Anchor most of his life. Doug retired from Atlantic City Electric Company with over 36 years of service as a Troubleman. He was a Section Warden with the Department of Forest Fire Services Division in Mays Landing, NJ for 40 years. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and uncle.
Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Katherine DeGolia and brother Paul DeGolia. Surviving are his wife Pat( nee Newell ). His children Larry DeGolia and his wife Teri of Maple Shade, NJ and Kathryn DeGolia of Las Vegas, NV. Sister Barbara Ann Ness of Blue Anchor, NJ. Loving grandfather of Caden Mann. He will be sadly missed by his
many special nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Fri. from 7:00- 9:00pm and Saturday after 9:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Sat. 11:00am St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery 316 Henry Greenwood Dr. Blue Anchor, NJ. Donations may be made to Winslow EMS P.O. Box 3 Cedar Brook, NJ 08018.
