Joan E. ( nee Smith ) age 77 of Newtonville, NJ passed away peacefully Saturday December 10, 2016 at her home. Born in Phila. PA, she lived in Williamstown, NJ for many years before moving to Newtonville in 2002.
Predeceased by her parents William and Naomi Smith and daughter Gail F. DiPasquale. Surviving is her husband Raymond W. Wetzel, Sr. Her children Raymonf W. Wetzel, Jr., ( Angelita ) of Egg Harbor Twp. NJ, Kimberly Wetzel of Pine Hill, NJ and Susan Watson ( Albert ) of Franklinville, NJ. Her son in law, Peter F. DiPasquale of Greenbank, NJ. One brother Steven Smith of Blackwood, NJ and two sisters Margaret Jones ( Wilbert ) of Amelia Ct. House, VA and Colleen Smith of Garden Lakes, NJ. Loving grandmother of Patrick and Justin Wetzel, Melissa, Maryanne and Peter DiPasquale and Candace Carr. Great Grandfather of Tristan, Tara and Julianna. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephew, Victoria, Stephanie and Matthew. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Weds. from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Services will be held at 4:00pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family..
