Irene S. ( nee Mazzeo ) age 73 of Hammonton, NJ passed away Tuesday August 26th at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. Born in Hammonton, NJ she formerly lived in Atco and Waterford for many years. Irene worked for Holland Floral in Hammonton for over 25 years. Predeceased by her husband John " Hoppy" Hopkinson and parents, John and Jeanette Mazzeo. Devoted mother of John Hopkinson and his wife Denise of Douglasville, PA, Janet Lee DiGerolamo and her husband Charles of Waterford Works, NJ and Joni Aquino and her husband Ray of Hammonton, NJ. Dear sister of Leon Mazzeo of Atlantic City, NJ. Loving grandmother of Christopher, Charles, Zachary and wife Mariah, Courtney and Chelsea. She also leaves behind loving friends Debbie and Jos Randsdorp. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday 10:00am - 12:00pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday 12:30pm St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church Third & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery 500 N.
