Georgiana Maccri

Georgiana ( nee Penza ) 91 years old passed away Wednesday January 7, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born and raised in Hammonton, NJ to the late Louis and Mary Penza of Hammonton, Upon her marriage to the late Dominick Maccri, Sr., she lived in Vineland, NJ for over 60 years before residing in Minotola, NJ where she worked at the Marrene Shoppe until her retirement. Georgiana enjoyed family, and could almost always be found babysitting her great grandchildren or shopping and going out to dinner with family. Her daughters and grandchildren cherish the time and memories spent with her. Along with her parents she was predeceased by her brother Anthony Penza, Brother in Law Albert Hill, M.D. and sister in law Frances Penza, Surviving are her children, Dominick Maccri, Jr. and his wife Sandra of Mount Joy, PA, Mary Beth Biagi and her husband Wayne of Newfield, NJ and Diane Pioppi and her husband Jino of Newfield, NJ., Susan Cairone and husband Louis of Malaga, NJ Her brother Ray Penza, sisters Theresa Hill and Evelyn Franchetti and her husband Dan all of Hammonton, NJ. Sister in law Margaret Penza. Loving grandmother of Brenda Lisa Farside, Dominick Maccri, III, Adam Maccri, Terra Biagi Kousmine, Wayne Biagi, Jr., Jina Pioppi and Celeste Pioppi Lombardi. Great Grandmother of Taylor Farside, Leah Maccri, Michael, Jacob and Dylan Kousmine, Michael and Macie Lombardi. She will be sadly missed by Brenda Carideo and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday from 9:00am until 10:45am at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish - St. Michael's Church 504 South West Avenue Minotola, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am at church. Entombment will be in Greenmount Cemetery 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ. Donations may be made to the Hammonton Cancer Foundation P.O. Box 1066 Hammonton, NJ 08037. Arrangements entrusted to the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ.
