Gaetano S. 'Thomas' Rizzotte

Gaetano "Thomas" Rizzotte, age 94 one day shy of his 95th birthday, of Hammonton, NJ passed away Thursday December 20, 2012 at the N.J. Veterans Memorial Home in Vineland, NJ. Born in Hammonton, he was a lifelong resident. Tom worked for Highway Transportation as a truck driver for over 35 years. He later was a certified Black Seal Boiler and worked for over 10 years for the Hammonton Board of Education. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII where he received many medals including the Purple Heart. He was a life member of the Hammonton V.F.W Post # 1026 serving as Past Commander and Quarter Master and Past Commander of District 16. Predeceased by his parents Antonio and Rose and Brother Samuel. Surviving are his wife of 66 years, Rose
(nee Iulianetti). Son Thomas G. Rizzotte, Sr. and his wife Linda of Egg Harbor Twp. NJ. Brother, Anthony Rizzotte, and Sister Angie Rodio and her husband Pat, all of Hammonton, NJ. Loving Grandfather of Lauren Rizzotte, Thomas G. Rizzotte, Jr. and John Rizzotte. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday 9:30am - 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ.
