Ella Mary Benedetti

Ella Benedetti , age 87, of Hammonton passed away Saturday Jan.17, 2009 at her residence. Born in Minotola, NJ, she moved to Italy and attended grammar school there. She returned to America in 1950 where she worked as a seamstress for Hammonton Park Clothes and then in her own business retiring in 1996. Predeceased by her son Paul and her brother Ronald and sister in law Bertha Sabatini, surviving are her husband Nello, sons Augustus "Gustie" and his wife Maggie and Carlo and his wife Kathi. Loving grandmother of Peter and his wife Jaime, Michael, Paul and Elizabeth Benedetti. Loving great-grandmother of Dominic. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Weds. morning 9:30am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am at St. Anthony of Padua Church 285 Rt#206 Hammonton, NJ 08037. Burial will be in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Marinella Funeral Home, Hammonton,NJ 609-561-1311. Donations may be made in Ella's memory to the church.
