Benita ( nee Mazzeo ) age 86 passed away in the early morning on March 25th at the Hammonton Center. She graduated from Egg Harbor High School in 1945. Benita and her loving husband of 53 years, Paul, lived in Rosedale just outside of Hammonton. They owned and managed a number of businesses over the years. Predeceased by her husband Paul in 2003. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society of St. Joseph Church. Benita was a loving mother of Paul and his wife Bonnie, Joann Dounoras and her husband Jerry, Tony and Johnny all of whom reside in Hammonton. She was adored by her grandchildren, Heather, Christa, Paulie, Steven, Judi, J.J., Helen, Jessica, Anthony and Christina. Great Grandmother of Philip, Mia, Madison, Ella, Jeremy, Christopher, Paul and Adrianna. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Sunday 5:00pm - 8:00pm and Monday from 9:00am - 10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday 11:00 am St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Entombment will be in Greenmount Cemetery 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association South Jersey Regional Office 3 Eves Dr. Suite 310 Marlton, NJ 08053 or St. Augustine Institutional Fund 611 N.
